As a youth leader in my Troop, how do I qualify to wear this patch?

Attend Troop Leader Training-a leadership course that is run by your Scoutmaster.

Congratulations!  You’ve earned your patch.

You can pick up additional leadership training-and have a lot of fun along the way-by attending:
Oak Leaf Training in the district,
National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) in Circle Ten Council, and
National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience (NAYLE) at Philmont Scout Ranch.

If you serve as a Den Chief, training is available online.
